Frequency control is CRITICAL in RC Model aircraft flying. When flying there must be only one Transmitter using each channel at a time. If suddenly another transmitter is turned on using the same channel it WILL result in any aircraft actually flying in the air to go out of control and may even crash! Its bad enough paying for own crashes never mind anybody else's.
If you are new to radio controlled model aircraft then take a look at this website! Although it's in the USA the videos here will give you just a little taste of what flying is like. The aircraft here at mostly electric. Personally I like the ducted fan jet models which I am exploring at the moment...
